Thank you for your interest in applying for an award, scholarship, or educational grant offered by the Barbados Public Workers' Co-operative Credit Union Limited (BPWCCUL). Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.

*Please note: Applications for the Ralph Boyce Scholarship are submitted directly to the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.
Important:
Each category has its own submission period. Deadline dates will be communicated via www.publicworkers.bb and the Credit Union's official social media pages when applications open.

- Submission Requirements
- Applications must be submitted online only. Printed forms are not accepted.
- Ensure all required supporting documents are prepared in advance (e.g. personal statement, transcripts, fee schedules, booklists, invoices).
- Each uploaded file must be 5MB or less and in JPEG, PDF, DOC, or DOCX format.
- Complete All Sections
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- Answer all questions fully and accurately.
- Eligibility
- Only members in good standing are eligible to apply.
- Confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria for your selected category by reviewing the information on our website: Awards, Scholarships and Grants - Categories & Eligibility.
- Technical Issues
- If you experience difficulties with the online form, take a screenshot of the error and email it to grantsadmin@bpwccul.bb, including a daytime contact number.
- You may also contact our Contact Centre at 622-9000.
- Accountability
- Approved grants and scholarships are monitored to ensure funds are used for their intended purpose.
- Misuse of funds may affect eligibility for future assistance.
- Submission Deadline
- The online form closes at 11:59 p.m. on the stated deadline date.
- Once submitted, the form cannot be re-accessed. Please ensure all information and documents are ready before starting.
- Any additional information after submission must be emailed to: grantsadmin@bpwccul.bb before the deadline.
