Academic Award, Scholarship and General Educational Grant Forms
The application process is now completely online.
These online forms will only be accessible during review periods which are as follows each year:

- Second review period: December to January

The Barbados Public Workers' Co-operative Credit Union Limited in keeping with its mandate to encourage the continuous development of its members offers the following additional membership benefits on an annual basis.

- for outstanding achievements in the Barbados Secondary Schools' Entrance Examinations (BSSEE).
- for outstanding achievements in the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate Examinations (CSEC).
- for outstanding achievements in the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations (CAPE).
- in recognition of attainment of Barbados Awards of Excellence.
- in recognition of attainment of Barbados Government Exhibitions.
- in recognition of attainment of Barbados Government Scholarships.
- for outstanding achievements in the Barbados Secondary Schools' Entrance Examinations (BSSEE).
- Annual Scholarships:
- H. Delisle Hurley Memorial Scholarships - Barbados Community College (BCC) -Technical, Vocational and Applied Studies.
- Verta Coppin Memorial Scholarships - Samuel Jackman Prescod Institute (SJPI) -Technical and Vocational Studies.
- Overcomer Scholarship for local Secondary School Leavers.
- Sports and Arts Achievement Scholarships.
*In addition, our Credit Union offers two (2) BPWCCUL Ralph Boyce Scholarships each year, for members enrolled at any campus of the University of the West Indies. Applications for the Ralph Boyce Scholarship are not accepted via this service. They should be submitted directly to the University of the West Indies via this link: UWI Fees, Financial Aid and Scholarships . UWI's application deadline is usually either May or June of the current academic year. Applicants should consult the UWI for any changes.

The grants are available to members at any age, pursuing studies up to undergraduate level, both locally and overseas (including online). Consideration will only be given to higher levels of study, under special circumstances.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Prior to completing this online form, please have all supporting documents ready for upload i.e. your examination results slip, transcripts, personal letter et cetera. Each file you upload must be 5MB or less and can be either of these formats: JPEG, PDF, DOC or DOCX formats. Once you submit, you will not be able to access the application form again and will need to email or submit printed copies to a branch location, before the submission deadline.
These forms will work with all modern web browsers using desktop computers, laptops and tablets but not on mobile phones.
These forms cannot be downloaded or printed.
Once a submission is received, a confirmation email is sent almost immediately from our software provider: CALSS Support and not BPWCCUL directly. Please check your email box (including spam/junk mail) to confirm that we have received your submission.
